Thomas Filardo concentrates his practice in all aspects of complex litigation in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and mediation fora. He also has substantial experience representing corporations and executives responding to regulatory and criminal investigations. Mr. Filardo has litigated complex securities disputes, contractual disputes, insurance and reinsurance matters, antitrust matters, real estate disputes, trust and estate matters, and employment disputes. The vast majority of these litigations have involved multi-million dollar claims and/or claims for equitable relief. Mr. Filardo is admitted to practice law in the state of New York, and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Filardo graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Villanova University, and earned a J.D. from Tulane University Law School. Before joining Snow Becker Krauss P.C. in 2010, Mr. Filardo practiced in the New York offices of Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP. Mr. Filardo is a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association and its Federal Courts Committee, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York State Bar Association.
