Ronald S. Herzog specializes in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. He has represented numerous accountants and attorneys in professional malpractice matters and has also extensively litigated employment related matters, including discrimination and post-employment covenant cases, as well as contested probate matters, partnership and construction law disputes. He also has substantial experience in securities arbitrations and commodities reparations proceedings, and has represented numerous national and regional firms in disputes arising under the Federal Securities and Commodities Laws.

Mr. Herzog is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He received a B.S. degree from Boston University (1969) and a J.D. from Fordham University (1973) where he was a member of the Law Review. Before joining Snow Becker Krauss P.C., Mr. Herzog was a litigation partner at Jackson & Nash, LLP and Hall, McNicol, Hamilton & Clark. He has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, The New York Stock Exchange, Inc. and the National Futures Association. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
